Once we receive your application, we'll call you to discuss the details further and confirm your payment information.  NOTE: Submitting this rental application is the beginning of the application process.

MOVE-IN SPECIALS & DETAILS

1.  Deposit The standard deposit required for move-in is $400. 1 Bedroom Apartments are $300.   Additional Deposits may be required, depending on your credit score.  Additional Pet Deposit is $400.  Breed Restrictions Apply. Ask about our Corporate Rates.   One remote provided per apartment.  Additional remotes require a $50 deposit. 2.  Rents/Lease Terms Visit the Floorplans page of this website for applicable rental fees and more detailed descriptions of our communities amenities and features.  We offer flexible lease terms; 4 - 12 month leases available. Additional Rent Premiums Garages: $50 per month.
